Walking Wednesdays 

 Seniors meet on Wednesdays at 9 am, for low-impact walking around the Civic Center and local park.

Senior Center Gym

Seniors can enjoy exercising at the Senior Center Gym, which features a treadmill, stationary bike, weights, and other exercise equipment. The gym may be used during the Senior Center’s operating hours (except during scheduled classes). There is no fee to use the gym.

Principles of Mind & Body for Older Adults

This course provides older adults with instruction and resources for cultivating mind and body health. Guided instruction in movements to maintain and increase muscle strength, physical fitness, coordination, and balance.

This is a free course offered by Rio Hondo College.
