The City of South El Monte Public Works Field Services Division handles the Graffiti Abatement Program. The goal is to keep our community clean, safe, and attractive place to live, work and visit.
Parking Citations are issued to motor vehicles who fail to comply with the City's Parking Ordinances and California Vehicle Code. Payment must be made within 21 days of issuance of the citation or 14 days of the mailing of the Notice of Delinquent Violation.
